 soothing 40 degrees.

Q/ Will I have to undress?

A/ With a full Hydrotherm Massage you will have to undress, however you are fully covered throughout the treatment.

Q/ What about when I turn over?

A/ With a Hydrotherm massage the usual turning over  is avoided as you stay in the same position throughout the treatment.

Q/ I can’t have a massage if I’m pregnant can I?

A/ Unlike conventional massage, Hydrotherm is very good for pregnancy as the liquid bed doesn't put pressure on the spine therefore causing no harm to the baby and so is perfectly safe. 

Hydrotherm Therapists are specially trained to work on massage during pregnancy.

Q/ At what stage can of pregnancy can you have a massage?

A./ Second and third trimester is very good for hydrotherm massage.
